Unica, a service organization for office buildings, asked Hemisphere to support them in their migration to Microsoft Dynamics. 

Challenge 
At Unica, different versions of the ‘truth’ were known in different data sources. Not finding the right relationship between the different fields would lead to inconsistencies in the new Microsoft Dynamics environment after migration. How can we do a complete and correct migration without relying too much on human research?

Solution

Silent migration to new ERP system

By applying NLP logic we were able to reduce manual work by more than 80%. For the remaining 20%, Hemisphere developed a user-friendly web interface that allowed contract administrators at the various sites to adjust or approve inconsistencies.
Using a smart enrichment app and business logic, we were able to transfer thousands of contracts to our new CRM with minimal business impact. This saved us a lot of man hours and gave us the right assurance of our data.
